Booking, arrival, and house rules
Where are the cottages located?
At 133–145 Old Mill Avenue in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on the Little Pigeon River in the historic Old Mill District. One block off the Parkway at traffic light #7. Directions here.
How far are you from Dollywood?
About five minutes by car, or one trolley ride from the stop a block away. More on staying near Dollywood.
How do I book?
Book directly on this site at /book/. Cottage One and Cottage Two have live calendars; Cottage Three's online booking is coming soon, so contact us about dates.
Is it cheaper to book direct than on Airbnb?
Usually yes — booking here skips Airbnb's guest service fee. The calendar and rates are the same.
What time is check-in and checkout?
Check-in starts at 5:00 PM with keypad self check-in. Checkout is 10:00 AM at Cottage One and 11:00 AM at Cottage Two. You'll get your code before arrival.
Do you require a guest photo?
Yes. A recent, clear close-up photo of the booking guest is required at or within 24 hours of booking. It's a simple ID step that keeps the cottages safe for everyone.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not permitted at any of the cottages.
Is smoking allowed?
No. All three cottages are no-smoking and no-vaping anywhere on the property, inside or out.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking on site at every cottage. Please park only in your cottage's designated spot.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, fast Wi-Fi at every cottage, plus Smart TVs for streaming (no cable).
Do the cottages have kitchens?
Cottage One and Cottage Three have full kitchens. Cottage Two has a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.
Can I use the fire pit?
Yes — the fire pit by the river is shared by all three cottages. Firewood is sold at most gas stations nearby. Please put fires out fully before bed.
Are the cottages accessible?
Cottage One has two steps from the dining room to the living room and a second set to the downstairs bedrooms. Cottage Two's entrance is up a set of stone steps. If you have mobility needs, ask us before booking and we'll be honest about the fit.
Can I rent more than one cottage?
Yes. Cottage One and Two book online; for all three together, message us and we'll coordinate Cottage Three.
What should I bring?
Just clothes and groceries. Linens, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, pillows, hangers, an iron, and a hair dryer are provided.
